Issue Of Transfer Of Criminal Cases For Senior Citizens

1.if senior citizens with me named in 498A and go for transfer what will happen to me .Will i will be separately travelling to original court attached or if senior citizens transfer petition accepted then even mine also will transfered along with them ?
2.In case local no criminal court then will that be attached to nearest place of jurisdiction such as district court ?
3.How much does it appox cost file transfer either in HC or Sc?
4.It is necessary that petetioner should attend every hearing of transfer application in HC or Sc ?
5.Senior citizens will get priority on transfer petitions then wife with kid ?
It seems that your daughter in law has impeded you in case of 498 a and other dowry act. The Supreme Court has the power to transfer the case from one state to another state if your daughter in law filed a transfer petition and mechanically the Supreme Court ordered the transfer of case in favour of the daughter in law or the aggrieved woman so you can't challenge that I request you to proper face the trial of the case thank you
