Issue of notice under sec 41 A Cr P C

FIR registered against me u/s 498A,406,323 IPC & sec 4 DP Act at Mahila Thana Tonk on 5 January & transferred to Devli PS.I stay in Pune Maharashtra. How will notice under Sec 41 A CRP C be served on me and within what time frame?Can police dispense with service of 41A notice?

police can be able to serve the notice of section 41 cr.p.c. through SMS or whatsapp msg or physically..then u have to appear in court with police...nd after follow this procedure u can be able for bail in court ...

Yes police can dispense the notice under 41 A. You have to comply with the required Notice. It will be served upon your address, incase you are not present then it will be served on any male member of you family. For any further query and better understand of the matter kindly contact.
