Is Talaq E Hasan considered as Triple Talaq?

I gave my wife Talaq e Hasan in April May and June 2019 by RPAD. I sent 3 notice specifying the reasons why I am giving talaq to her.
In the reasons, I have mentioned that she used to drink alcohol and used to meet her boyfriend and when she became pregnant she used to bully me saying that she will abort the baby if I do not fulfill her lavish lifestyle. I have all the proof of the reasons which I gave.
She has booked me in the Triple Talaq bill saying that its triple talaq.
Is it possible to quash the FIR? In my bail order the Judge wrote on the record the notice says its Talaq e Hasan but according to bill Talaq e Biddat is banned. I am confused about what should I do.
