Is phone recording a valid proof of 420 case

I wants to know that phone recordings is a valid proof in court or not in case of 420
Phone recording with certification of not being tempered in any manner can be used as valid piece of evidence in the criminal case proceedings, however the voices recorded in the recording are of the persons or not has to be proved which can be taking sample of the voice of those persons, the persons whose voice are said to be recorded can always refuse to give their voice sample for laboratory test and court may not force them to do so. This issue to force the person to provide voice sample is still not clarified by the Supreme Court of India in a matter pending before it.

Yes..you have to create a CD of your recording and put up in case file in the evidence... and you have to must a typing of your recording in the paper and put up in the case file and give your evidence...
