Is it illegal to be a male prostitute in India? Can someone arrest me or charge fine around 20k?
Prostitution is illegal which we understand colloquially, if you understand and read the law relating to prostitution you will find that primarily they are referring to female prostitutes who are soliciting clients, but practically it is difficult to arrest someone for male prostitution for some procedural flaws and deficiency in substantive laws in this regard, anyway hat's off to you for your choice of work.

Prostitution is completely illegal India according the immoral trafficking act ..u can’t be male or female prostitute …no police can charge u fine ..but police can arrest u accordingly ..court has right to fine n n punish u
