Is FIR removed if parties have compromised in court

Sir, FIR is filed against me by the police with IPC 324,after 5 to 6 moths we both(me and complained victim my own relative) got comprised in court and the case got closed.here my question is whether the FIR filed against me removed or not and is there any effect on getting govt job even after case get closed???plz clarify me..
it depends upon weather the case withdrawn by prosecution or it is settled before lok-adalat if the offence is settled in lok-adalat as 324 is of the offence of moral tripitude it might some what effect in getting new job
