Is bail granted in section 326 IPC
10-Jun-2024 (In Criminal Law)
If the opponent is already out on bail, as he was charged with section 326 IPC in some other case.
However, We have filed an FIR in police station under section 326 IPC for doing grievous hurt to my dad (wall fracture on hips) due to property issue, will the court grant him the bail again after seeing his previous record or he will be jailed??
yes he can get bail or may be bail denying by the court ...
326 ipc of the Indian Penal Code states that if someone voluntarily causes severe injuries using various dangerous means or instruments, they can be punished with life imprisonment or imprisonment for up to ten years, and may also be fined.
