Is IPC 324 and 427 SECTIONS ARE DANGEROUS ? WOULD IT EFFECT ON MY APPLYING OF GOVT JOB OR PRIVATE COMPANIES EMPLOYMENT ? IF YES , IN WHICH WAY THEY ARE GOING TO EFFECT ?

Both 324Ipc ( 3years imprisonment) and 427(2 years imprisonment) are serious offences and definitely if convicted, police will open criminal history sheet against the convicted persons and as such you will not be eligible for any government job. better to get case comprised through lok Adalat or engage a good criminal lawyer to defend your case in criminal court
