My office colleague have file Rape case she complained that I have rape her in hotel room by giving cold drink and false marriage promise. Actually she is divorcee and it was her consent. Sir I want to know I am fighting case since 3 years but she never come for medical and court dates. Sir Can I go for quash or face the trial.
My Response to your query:
after 3 years of long period you are desire to quash the case it's quite deficult.
In time spam more chances that you have lost apporchunity to quash fir.
If charge sheet not prepared you can go for quashing of fir.
After chargesheet you can go for discharge.
Or for Quashing of entire proceedings..
