IPC 302,498b/34 against husband &others;. What will happen?

My sister die from raptured fallopiantube by ectopic pregnancy. Pm report & treatment doctor said same but husband starting to initial treatment let 48h from lack of knowladge & poor communication from village. I FIR against 302,498/34. Please advice me can I win the case Or will do compromise ?

First take the notice u/s 41A CrPC from the concerned I/O and get interim bail from the Court. Then you can contest the same. It will go for trial and at evidence stage when your turn appears, produce those medical evidences in your support and place the fact/story accordingly. I hope you will win the case.
