मेरे पास मोबाइल खरीदी का बिल है, फ्लिपकार्ट से INVOICE भी है,खाते से पैसे डेबिट भी है,खाते का स्टेटमेंट भी है, फिर भी पुलिस ने 392 की धारा लगाकर जेल भेज दिया था,मैं छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस में आरक्षक भी हुं

Abhi aapke case ka status kya hai aur chahte kya hain? Aapka arrest chori ya chori ka mobile khareed ne mein hua hoga. Lekin aapko guide tab tak nahi kar sakte jab tak aap hame apne case ka status samjha nahi dete. Agar aapko police abhi bhi harass kar rahi hai to aap quashing petition file kijiye High Court mein.

You need to hire an advocate in this regard to defence you during trail or you can also move the application for quashing at HIGH COURT if you can conclusive evidence in this regard! Thanks n b in touch
