Information regarding non disclosure of documents can legal action be

I have pursing my graduation in 2012-2013 was my last year but unfortunate simultaneity i have gone for diploma from chennai for 2012-2014 and in 2014 i have applied for passport from chennai and i did not disclosed my graduation degree and provide bonafide form that institute i.e i showed only my 10+2 and that bonafide and i got the passport. But recently I got job in government bank. so i want to know whether this is legal or not and any other legal action taken against me if its found wrong i.e suspend or dismiss from job or any kind legal cases against me in future from passport authority or any one
