In case if a Police officer won't write a FIR thn being a concern citizen of India what are the next steps should be perform by us.( & Kindly of u say what crpc charges rather what charges are imposed on that officer)
The police officer have discretion to lodge FIR or not.
If the officer refuses to lodge FIR then the victim can serve his/her concerns to the concerned police station or appropreate higher authority his grievances through letter by speed post or can file FIR through court under 156(3) CrPC or can come before high court with an application of police inaction.
