in ongoing 319 crpc crl mp petition in ongoing cc case mm court The respondents/accused have filed their counter statement to the application , court has noted that the matter is now at the stage of hearing the petitioner’s side in response to that counter. counter is filed with no evidence just mere denial and misinterpretation of law quoted . hearing of the petitioner’s side enquiry has been postponed. meaning of this detailed answer needed.

any accused can file affidavit in reply let it be decided by the court Wethersfield to accept it or not and you can raise your objection against the Affidavit in reply by filing reply to their affidavit
