The rejection of bail strengthens the conviction, but taking criminal action against the beneficiaries depends on proving their direct involvement under BNS laws. As for recovery, the Gujarat Govt has legal avenues to claim the differential amount with interest and penalties, but the process requires a strategic legal approach to ensure enforceability. The next steps depend on key factors—let’s discuss the best way forward for your case.
