Implication of criminal case on banking job

a person got suspended from bank nd he is being filed 409 and 420 in fir ... if the institution terminates him, whether that person ll b punished legally too..??? whether 2 punishments can be given to same mistake?
Hi, as the person who has been suspended from the bank is based on the charges filed under Sec 409 & 420 IPC, he shall be prosecuted under the court of law as per the legal process. Termination of him from the institution is based on the Code of Conduct norms or guidelines set by the organization. Anyone who violates those will have to face the consequences as decided by the organization. In this case since he is charged under IPC offences, hence management has terminated him. However if the court acquits him from those charges then he can claim for reinstatement of the job.

Hi...no termination from any institution is different from any other legal punishment . Termination from the bank is their internal proceedings and case under other laws us different. It can't be termed as a same.
