Well, if your Uncle has made written promises by executing a Contract with your Father, which he later on broke, then, you can file a case on your Uncle on the ground of Breach of Promise being the surviving Legal Heir of your Hon'ble Deceased Father!

As an advocate, It appears your uncle is attempting to unlawfully retain possession and ownership of the inherited farmland. Given the creation of a false bond and his subsequent actions after obtaining the Power of Attorney, immediate legal intervention is necessary. You should initiate a civil suit for declaration of title and possession, along with a prayer for cancellation of the fraudulent bond and revocation of the Power of Attorney. Additionally, consider filing a criminal complaint for forgery, cheating, and criminal intimidation under the Indian Penal Code, as his actions clearly demonstrate an intent to deceive and unlawfully dispossess your family. Gather all available evidence, including communications with your uncle, medical records of your father, and any witnesses to his promises or threats. Time is of the essence, as delay could prejudice your claim.
