If the surety is not sign in the surety bond what is legal action taken by the court

If surety has not signed the surety bond, the bond is invalid and incomplete. The accused cannot be released on bail until proper signed surety is furnished. Court will direct fresh surety; failing which, accused remains in judicial custody.

court will issue warrant to the accused, the accused has to bring him and make him sign voluntarily or the accused has to apply and give another surety, if the surety by mistake has not signed, permission can be sought and bond can be signed.
