If boy blackmails girl's family what action my we take

if a 17 years old girl send her objectionable picture to a 25 years old boy. what action can we take against the guy. if he blackmails us through this what are our rights. Since girl is 17 years old can we stop her from marrying her from that guy.

I would like to say you that boy have not more legal rights against the minor girl.
boy should be talked with girl about his problems fulfill . boy should be shared with girl his family and society objections.
If girl is disobeyed than you should be meeting with a lawyer for better discuss immediately.

Nothing can be done in this case because your query is based on presumption, but in case girl is minor as per her educational documents then marriage is null and void and case shall be lodged against him in the police as per the provisions of Indian penal code

Dear Concerned well wishers, as the girl is 17 yr she is a minor and she cannot marry the guy till she is 18, and since she is at fault and guy cannot be penalized for the such cases, but if in future guy blackmails the girl than the same can be taken an FIR can be filed for a non bailable offence of EVE teasing Section 298 (A) and (B) of Indian Penal Code prescribes upto three months imprisonment for making obscene gestures or remarks to a woman and the blackmailing of the same can taken on the nature of offence done by him ,You may go through different provisions in IPC - Sections 340 onwards
