If any one commit in just one offence then police send him 126 bns n

I have only one case 4 kilo gancha case then why send me 126 bns... Is it legaly allowed. Or not..

first of all you have to be specific about the allegations. if you have an ndps case you have to take bail and conduct the case for an acquittal submitting your version of story and also why section 126 came in to play
