Me and victim contact in whats app after the date of rape she given . But i cleared all whats app chat 1 year ago . Any chance to recover whats app chat 1 year ago? Can i get the call list and call records of 1 year ago

No u cannot get any call records on 1 year ago, u can only recover the messages if u have stored them in iCloud or other back up … kindly be in touch to defence u in this case …there r certainly other things too

It’s the job of the investigation officer because it’s a vital evidence and he/she will be duty bound to collect the same. The cyber cell can take out the chats even if it was deleted. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
