I work as a detective,girl whom I was following caught me filed a case

I work as a detective. I work in a agency. I got a case from the company. I was told to follow a lady in a divorce case. Husband approached our company. Recently the girl and her parents caught me and they registered a complained against me. Now i came out on bail. What further can i do save myself? The complaint has been filed now mainly under section 354D.
