I was physically assaulted and got abused by a lady

What legal action can i take against them and if the police station is ignoring and delaying our complaint

I’m sorry you had to face such assault and abuse — no one should be treated that way. If the police are delaying or refusing to act, you still have strong legal options available. Submit a written complaint to the SP, file a private complaint Court

if you have concrete evidence regd that lady first send an email to the hierarchy of police officals you get the emailids very easily from the website they themself call you to police station give a written complaint and take the acknowledgement in case they won't take contact and visit higher officals physically even then they won't take contact and advocate he will directly file your case in jurisdiction of that court the court if found the genuinety in your case immediately order to file an fir,though all this process takes one week to two weeks but justice will be done.
