I was caught playing cards and I'm govt employee, what should I do?
05-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
If a govt employee and I was caught while playing cards, police filed fir, please suggest me better idea, should he accept fine or should he depend himself with the help of lawyer?
hi
better to pay fine and get rid of the FIR as being a government servant, you cannot be an accused in a criminal case and once charge sheet is filed, a copy will be sent to government which in turn can initiate disciplinary proceedings against you. so better pay the fine and get rid of FIr
