Agar koi suicide karke bhi bach gaya to wo abaters pe konsi dhara lag sakti hai aur is me bail ke liye kitna rupay lag sakta hai
Suicide karne ke baad, agar woh Banda Suicide karne me kamyab raha toh uske uksane walo pe Abetment of Suicide ka charge lagta hai, Suicide me aadma nakam ho gaya kisi ke uksane par, toh uss uksane wale par Criminal Case nahi, balki Civil Case Darz karwaya ja sakta hai muawze ke liye

section 306 of IPC lagta hai aise person par jisne kisi ko suicide karne ke liye abet kiya ho aur usne suicide attempt Kiya ho but vo Bach Gaya ho.
Ye non bailable offence hai..islie bail ke liye mehnat karna padega..fees depend karta hai alag alag lawyers par..since ye non bailable offence hai, fees uss hisaab se rahegi.

Dear queriest, Under Section 306, IPC, if any person commits suicide, the person found to have abetted the commission of suicide shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 10 years and shall also be liable to a fine.
