I need your valuable advice & reply to proceed further arguments

Sir, I have one doubt. I am from poor family that's why I am asking your helpful advice. The case is My brother was arrested by one gang murder case, but my brother was not presence at the spot of the incident but the opponent party is our enemys that's why they complained case against me. At the time we were in our home. At the time of the inncident more than 10 people was committed but they were escaped from there so I want to proceed this case to CBCID, is any chance is available to proceed ? I need your valuable advice please help me sir. I'm this case now 8 persons were arrested.

A petition can be filed in the high court for the case to be transferred to CB CID, on the ground that the investigation by the IO is not satisfactory. For this, the FIR, chargesheet and other papers must be perused. Also, since you stated that the accused was not present at the time of murder, an alibi must be produced as to where he was.
