I need suggetion/assistance on a theft case against me
11-Dec-2024 (In Criminal Law)
there are 2 cases running against me of theft with similar sections , BNS 305 , BNS 317 , 3(a) .
I spent a month in Jail .
police arrested me on 23rd oct. & i got bail on 22 Nov. , chargesheet has not been filed yet .
1. How can i close the case ASAP ?
2. i am preparing for govt. services , is it going to affect my candidature ? (MOST IMPORTANT)
you can challenge the FIR seeking quashing of the FIR at the High Court. generally just an FIR cannot be a bar for you from seeking government service, where not even issues have been framed, unless you are convicted in that offence.
