I have my query about the Court punishments procedures
27-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
got stay from high court(not to arrest). My lawyer was not applied for quash. Iam not attending my court from starting to till now.my court issue nbw aginest me .presnt trial running.present iam in dubai. If i go to court judge will give any punishment? If I apply recall or bail pettetion judge will accept or not? In case of judge give jail punishment(like 6months or 1year) .whats the next process.iam eligible to go to high court?
on what application were you grated stay order by the High Court. if your lawyer has not filed for quashing then i shall not comment on it. if the trial court has issued NBW against you you will have to get the NBW cancelled by moving an application,. until and unless the trail is over you cannot be punished.
