I have filed a fir u/s 420 on december 2017 but no action


30-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
How can i expediate my case so that police complete the investigation , submit the chargesheet and arrest the accuse. It is property matter. Accused have sold more property then they had .One of accused has no existence but papers were made in his name. how to find that person or how to make more cases against the person who have used name of person who is not in exixtence.

if you live in raipura you can take an advocate because in this matter various tacnic legal fact simple person is not able to understand legal terminology if you consent in my view you can immidiatly contact nearest or as youblike take advocate

Hi to expedite investigation you may approach to senior official of police as well you may get order from high court under writ petition regarding same, apart from this remedy you may also file a complaint in magistrate court for directing the investigation on same.
