I have done FIR against that boy IPC 1860 Section 376(2)(n). It's been 17 days His lawyer had applied for his bail in the court but bail was rejected. It's been 9 days since the bail was rejected. Nothing happened till now he was not caught yet. I want to know whether I will get any copy of his bail which has been rejected or not? And How long does it take to catch the culprit??? And I don't think the police is helping me. Can I do anything from my side?

You can get copy of bail order from the concern court by filing an application. Generally bail can not allowed in this case. You can file a complaint before higher police officials and after that you can get help by filing status report of case and pass a direction from area Magistrate court to Io and sho for arrest of the accused. filing Anticipatory bail is right of the accused and he can go to Honourable High Court for the same . Culprit is arrested as soon as he is found. You can file status report for the FIR in the court in what stage the investigation or progress of the case
