I have been summoned under section 223 of BNSS.

10-Sep-2025 (In Criminal Law)
The case filed against me is a criminal case. This case is filed because a friend gave me *1 lakh for trading purposes* and after I lost that money, he started mentioning the investment as a loan. He started harassing me for repayment to which I gave in and issued him a blank cheque and I signed an agreement to repay that 1 lakh along with 20000 interest. I only did this due to immense pressure and harassment. He also pulled out my residence from my bank branch (is this legal?).
