I have a relationship with a married women.but she did not know I'm also married.we established physical relationship on april.after that she know I'm also married and continue our relationship.at this time I try to leave this relationship because I realised im on a wrong way.but I'm too worried due to revenge can she file a false rape case..can it come under 375 and section 90?? There Is no promises to marriage both side

Dont worry dear client. To establish rape she has to prove a lot of things vis she has to establish that you have made physical relation with the wonan without her will or without her consent, which goes very tough to prove in such a situation. you must break your relationship with her as soon as you can do.
