I have a query regarding criminal state case of 354a and 307 ipc.

Ek state case h. jisme 4 accused hain. complainant ne main accused se compromise kr liya h out of the court jispe court ne 354A/307/323/452/504/506 ka charge bnaya tha. baki remaining accused par court ne 323/452/504 ka charge bnaya tha. ab court me complainant ki testimony honi hai. aur complainant ne bola h ki testimony mein mai main accused ka naam nahin loongi toh kya iss chiz ka fayda baki accused ko bhi milega? naur agar complainant main accused ka naam nahi leti hai toh kya court 319 crpc mein non Chargesheeted accused ko summoning kr skti hai?
