I gave my friend’s bail on behalf of my car’s rc in 2016 and filed a bail bond of 50k and got a robkar from the metropolitan magistrate in district court in delhi as the rc was kept in custody. Now I want to sell my car urgently and the courts are physically closed in delhi. Plz let me know how can I get my rc back asap.
You need to consult a lawyer for filing the appropriate application for seeking discharge and permission to release the RC of your car. The application needs to be drafted and can be filed online for a video Conferencing hearing
