I established a physical relationship and extra marital affairs with a married woman..but she But he did not know that I was married.When she found out she was out of the relationship.But a month later, she returned to that relationship..But the situation will get worse if my wife finds out about the relationship..so I try to leave this relationship.but she blackmailing me to file false rape case.I can't promise to him for marry..can it consider to rape?

if the woman is married and till now not divorced then case of rape will not be established asper recent judgement of Supreme Court though if she lodge complain before the police then police will register FIR initially but if you proceed with quashing proceding later there is high chance of quashing of the FIR. And initially you have to take some precautions.
