I did not get my refund in bike rental service

It was said in a rental shop that 5000 will be security deposit and you wil get a refund within 48 hours after returning car , it exceeded two days but I didn't get my refund what can I do

aap ek bar dubara apne rental shop se contact kre aur nahi hote hai to use ke baad aap unko legal notice send kr skte hai. if use ke baad bhi nahi hote hai to aap complain file kr sakte hai maire through.
