I am on Bail in criminal case want to go aborad there is need permissi

Dear Sir Mam
greetings
My case was registered at the Delhi AIRPORT Police Station, under the criminal section 420 468 471 120B , currently, I am on anticipatory bail, I want to go to Abroad for 20 days,
please confirm that there is any need to get court permission to travel abroad
or if I need to get permission from the court, please tell me what the process to get permission is and what the main reason why I got permission easily to travel abroad .

Yes, you need to inform the Hon'ble Court about your travel by filing an application mentioning the place of your stay, purpose of your visit, your contact details in abroad, etc. Please note that the Anticipatory bail is a conditional bail, which restricts a person's travel (specially abroad). Hire a good advocate, who can convince the court. If you travel without informing the court, your bail may get cancelled.
