Hello sir Yes, you need to inform the Hon'ble Court about your travel by filing an application mentioning the place of your stay, purpose of your visit, your contact details in abroad, etc. Please note that the Anticipatory bail is a conditional bail, which restricts a person's travel (specially abroad). Hire a good advocate, who can convince the court. If you travel without informing the court, your bail may get cancelled.

Yes...you need to file an application and ask the concerned court if you wish to travel abroad. The application will be accompanied by an affidavit that will state that you will return within the stipulated time frame written.

The Supreme Court of india has, many times, reiterated that the right to travel is a fundamental right provided by article 21 of the Constitution of India, which also includes the rule of law and due process. However, the court has to look into several other aspects, for instance, the risk of flight, tempering with evidence and loss of jurisdiction, etc. Therefore, it has to be handled carefully while applying for the same before a criminal court.

You need to file an application in the court for seeking permission to travel abroad as it may happen that there are conditions put in your anticipatory bail order stopping you from leaving the city wherein you are facing the trial. It is better to get the application filed through a lawyer as the facts and circumstance of case decide , whether you would get the permission or not.

If you are on anticipatory bail and wish to travel abroad, you generally need to obtain permission from the court. The court may impose conditions on your bail, including requiring prior approval for international travel to ensure you do not evade justice or fail to attend hearings. To seek permission, you should file an application with the court detailing your travel plans and reasons for the trip. Providing strong reasons, such as work commitments or family matters, can aid in securing approval. It’s advisable to submit your application
