I am also a victim along with my friend but he files a case againt me

ive invested at my cousin. after this my friend also invested at my cousin. my cousin fraud us both. I left it treating its my fate and I'm repaying amounts that I had borrowed from others for the investment. now my friend thought that me and my cousin cheated him and he made his wife to put a complaint against me and my cousin stating ' CHEATING AND SC/ST CASE,... ' as she is ST and I'm oc. but ive nowhere cheated them, and mainly I'm also one of the sufferer, and still paying the amounts back monthly to the money lenders from my salary. pls help me to get rid of this case filed by my friend.
First you need to be brave and come out to fight your case. no need in lamenting . if you think you are right, you need to file a civil suit claiming your investment against your cousin. moreover just because your friend invested in your cousin's venture, doesn't mean that you are also a culprit. it is the duty of every person to do the due diligence before investing their investments and if some body makes a mistake, then they will need to fight it out with the culprit and should not blame the introducer/ referrer/friend.
