I am a boy under 18 and I am being implicated in a fake case by the girl's family and am threatening to file a POSCO case against me and his brother threatens me daily that he will hide the girl somewhere and file a case against you what should I do in such a case? Sir now you tell me what should I do so that I do not get implicated in any case and I can study freely? Sir I am a boy from a very poor family.
you have you matric certificate where your date of birth is showing, if yes then I suggest you go to patna high court they have power to Quash your Falsh FIR, otherwise take bail from district court and fight the case, but my suggestion is go to patna high court only.

In such a case you should file a sanha or you can file a complain case in cjm court on them or both. Agar usse pehle apne case sanha kar diya aur case kar diya to apko benefit of doubt diya jayega. And agar wo log pehle karte hai to evidence rhega tab na karega aise kisi ko kisi jhute case me kaise fasa denge aur fasa dete hai to hum log aapke liye hai hi

Please file an informatory petition before the learned court of CJM in your district and after filing please get the certified copy of the same, after getting the certified copy please send a photo copy of the same to the SP of your area, SHO of your nearby police station and DGP of Bihar as well.
