Aapke paas jo evidences hain (bank proof, call recording, confession) wo case ko strong banate hain, par unhe court record par lana zaroori hai. Agar present lawyer ne ab tak submit nahi kiya hai to aap application file karke evidence exhibit karwa sakte ho, ya naye lawyer se vakalatnama dekar turant step le sakte ho. Delay se case weak ho raha hai, isliye jaldi action lena hi best option hoga.

Hello, If your defence stage is still open, we can directly file the evidence. However, if the defence has already been closed, we will need to move an application for leading additional evidence. For better guidance, I would need more details about the background of your case.

FIR (criminal) and DV Act (civil/quasi-criminal) run independently. Bail protects against custody, but cases will proceed until either: evidence proves guilt → conviction, or evidence disproves → acquittal/quashing, or parties settle.
