Husband denying to give proper accommodation what to do

I have field 498a against my husband and mother in law ,presently I'm residing at my parent home. I took help of police,they forced my husband to provide me rental room but that room was not at all hygienic and was located in slum. So in due concern for the betterment of my kid and me, I left from that house ,but my all valuable are there it self, so I locked that room. after that I feel dv case in October, it has been almost 1 year . now my husband is terminating leave and liecence agreement, I asked for alternate accommodation or allow me to stay at matrimonial house which is no my mother in laws name after the death of my father in law. But he is not ready. Plz guide me what shall I do ?
