What legal action can be taken against the person who creates hurdle in removing the violent and aggressive stray dogs from the society as per latest Supreme Court judgement regarding stray dogs ?

Based on Bombay High Court jurisprudence and Animal Birth Control Rules: ✔ Society can prohibit feeding inside premises / gates / parking / children play areas ✔ Society can designate specific feeding spots outside or at safe locations ✔ Society can approach Municipal Corporation for sterilisation, vaccination and relocation (as per law) ✔ Residents can object to feeding that causes nuisance or danger

As per the law, human safety is paramount. You must first file a formal complaint with your local Municipal Corporation regarding the violent dogs. If any individual creates hurdles or obstructs municipal workers from performing their lawful duties, an FIR can be filed against that person for obstructing a public servant and causing public nuisance. A legal notice can also be sent to them.
