How to verify a fake lawyer and verify his degrees from bar council

We have found a lawyer sir, who has done his registration in 1995 from allahabad bar council but did his 12th in 1995 only and completed his BA-LLB integrated in 2001. I dont know how he managed to did his registration. He is kind of goon in his area.
He fought Uttar Pradesh Zila Panchayat Elections and gave education details on affidavit. We have copy of this affidavit from election commision.
We need help to identify how to verify his degrees and get copies from allahabad bar council and how he managed to get registration done without 12th certificate and LLB degree? What will be the procedure. Please suggest.

If any disturbance is being caused by an advocate then he too can be charged and if you find or if you feels that his registration is wrong or he has forfeit the election or even if you find that there are legal concerns from his path then you can write an application to the bar council of Uttar Pradesh but if you want immediate action many other way fight with him and can bring him behind the bar.
