How to take creditors in to confidence as my shop was looted

Sir, Prior to 2014 I raised money from friends and relatives to establish a shop and was paying regular interest to them ,but due to a litigation with my landlord my shop was looted by him connivance with police ,I filed cases under sec 145 & under sec 323,380,420,506 ipc both cases are pending in court,but my creditors are following my case closely I promised to payback once my case is over ,due to the delay in the process of law my credibility is under doubt now, to gain confidence of my creditors can I make them party in my case as joint complainant against the accused pls advise me.

To gain confidence of the creditors you need sit with them talk to them regarding your situation. The only way out is that you will pay the money back once the litigation is over. You can try getting into a contract with them saying that I will pay the entire amount once the litigation is complete
