How To Solve This Workplace Bullying Problem

In my workplace,someone was bullying me(speaking in a condescendin manner,being mean etc).Now I saw this guy being somewhat inappropriate with a female colleague.Now I do not know if a)it was intentional or accidental and if b)it negatively affected her. I saw it from a distance.So am unsure.So should I work up the courage to ask her if a)he(my workplace bully) did something inappropriate or shall b)i forget and move on

You can ask her! What is the problem? You can not only help her but yourself too by asking the right set of questions to figure out - whether he was harrassing her like you, if you want to reach root cause of the problem, then, must talk with her.

Hi,you have 3 options available 1-Go to the POSH Committee at your workplace, register your compliant over there and the head will take the action. 2-Register a compliant before the magistrate or; 3- in the nearest police station
