How to save my foreign trip next month while facing FIR 498a ?

My wife just lodged false 498a n othrer false elegation like 406 n etc etc whole bouquet to harrass me n to extortionate money from me. I hv planned one forgine tour of 7 days by next week which is not known to anyone except me. Plz guide me wat should i do to save my tour as i cant avoid it. I m hindu by religion.
you are at liberty to move out if the court has not granted any restraint order. If your passport is seized by the police even then you can travel abroad ofcourse with the permission of the court. In that case you need to make application before the respective court and the court will grant such order in your favour.
