How to retrieve documents from UP NHRC

I need to retrieve documents and pen drive from NHRC(national human rights commission) in UP who gave the case to the UP police, they diarized and then they asked me to relog a case with Delhi NHRC. Since I shall be proceeding with free legal aid in West Delhi for my case, how to get those documents( papers and pen drive - related to the my case , which I shall file under free legal aid once I go to india)

3. यदि UP पुलिस ने डायरीज़ कर लिया है और रिकॉर्ड उनके पास है, तो NHRC के आदेश या अदालत के आदेश के आधार पर ही वे रिकॉर्ड जारी होंगे।
4. वेस्ट दिल्ली DLSA (District Legal Services Authority) से फ्री लीगल एड लेकर आप NHRC/पुलिस अधिकारियों को समुचित नोटिस भेज सकते हैं।
इस प्रकार, आपके केस में सही तरीका यह होगा कि आप NHRC, Delhi के पास पुनः केस दर्ज करें और साथ ही RTI व लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र के ज़रिये रिकॉर्ड को आधिकारिक रूप से मंगवाने की प्रक्रिया करें।
