How to recover money from a person who played a fraud?

name ka ik aadmi jo ki Gully cricket league khelne ke naam par bht players k sath dokha kar rha hai.m  2016 mai jaipur mai gully cricket league k liye trail dene gya tha wha usne selection k name par mujhe security jma k liye mola or Live match karwane k liye or Sri lanka tour k liye bhejne k liye kha.1 year ho gya na usne live match karwaye or na sri lanka tour hua.or ab vo hmare paise b return nhi kar rha hai,usne hme paise return karne k liye kha tha hum jab b mangte hai roj next day kah deta hai.mere pas sabhi proof hai jaise ki -money deposit slip,whats app chats,massage jo usne kiye hai....meri trah bht players hai.. Request to all lawyer's please suggest and help to me what can i do with him

Dear just file police complaint and you demand to get your money bank and punishment for the froud person and deposit your story entirely with evidence like you have whatsapp chat sms conversation etc
