My wife made fir against me on 498a,406,506,34 after mediation in session court matter settled, I went to high court for quashing fir, in high court after registration court given listing date 2018. Can I prepowned this date??? What is the process.

You have already moved the quashing petition under section 482 before the Hon'ble High Court against the FIR lodged on the grounds of settlement. for an early hearing you need to move an application for early hearing but the grounds of early hearing should be really strong. it is the discretion of the court to allow the early hearing application or not.
