How to proceed incase person is charged with section 354 and 506

FIR is registered against me for Section 354 and Section 506. Will Police arrest me or inform me regarding FIR or should I surrender in police station and get bail for Said section . How to proceed in such scenario.

Dear client if f I r registered against u then first take copy of f I r and apply for anticipatory bail to avoid arrest. Or other wise surrender before police and take regular bail from court. For any legal help call me

Yes, police will arrest you. Because section 354 is cognizable and non bailable offence. You will get two to three days police custody and then only you will get bail. To avoid arrest you can go for anticipatory bail in sessions court, and apply for bail in sessions court. There you will get bail. If you make your mind to face two to three days in police custody of judicial custody, there you will get bail from magistrate court.
